Terms of Service

Welcome to Callen Cleaning Solutions. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Callen Cleaning Solutions provides residential cleaning services, including one-time and recurring cleanings. By booking a service, you agree to the pricing, policies, and scope of work provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Booking and Payment

  • Deposits: A 20% deposit is required to hold your appointment and remove availability from our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Final Payment: After the cleaning service is completed, an invoice will be sent. You have 24 hours to voice any service concerns before your card on file is charged. During this time, you may also tip your service provider. Failure to provide payment within this window may result in additional fees or cancellation of future services.

  • Unpaid Invoices: If the invoice remains unpaid for 48 hours after it is issued, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the invoice balance. Failure to provide payment within this window may result in additional fees or cancellation of future services.

3. Requote Policy

At Callen Cleaning Solutions, we strive to provide accurate quotes based on the information provided by clients regarding the condition and size of the property. However, if upon arrival, we assess that the actual condition of the property requires substantially more time or resources than initially anticipated, we reserve the right to adjust our quote accordingly. In such cases, we will inform the client of the revised cost prior to beginning or continuing the service. Clients may choose to accept the updated quote or decline the service at that time.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Please review our cancellation policy:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a flat $50 fee will be charged.

  • Same Day Cancellation or No Show: If you cancel on the same day of the service or are not present when our team arrives, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only allowed if done more than 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Recurring Cleaning Discounts
We offer discounts on recurring cleaning services as follows:

  • 5% off for monthly cleanings (minimum commitment: 2 months or 2 cleanings)

  • 7% off for cleanings every 3 weeks (minimum commitment: 6 weeks or 2 cleanings)

  • 10% off for cleanings every 2 weeks (minimum commitment: 1 month or 2 cleanings)

  • 15% off for weekly cleanings (minimum commitment: 1 month or 4 cleanings)

Early Termination: If you cancel your recurring cleaning service before fulfilling the minimum commitment, you will be subject to an early termination fee. This includes removing any discounts applied to previous services, and the full standard rate will be charged for those cleanings. If you cancel after fulfilling the commitment period, future cleanings will revert to our standard rate.
6. Service Concerns
We strive to provide top-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours after the cleaning to address your concerns. If no concerns are raised within this period, we will assume the service was satisfactory, and your card on file will be charged.

7. Equipment
Callen Cleaning Solutions will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for each service. However, to prevent cross-contamination between homes, we ask that each client supplies their own vacuum for the service. This practice ensures a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Please have your vacuum readily available before each scheduled cleaning.
8. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to their home at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property or there are conditions that prevent us from completing the service, it will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the service cost will be charged.

9. Photo Release

By using our services, you grant Callen Cleaning Solutions the right to take before-and-after photos of your property during cleaning services. These images may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. We ensure that no personal or identifiable information will be included in these photos, and they will only focus on the spaces and areas we clean. If you prefer that we do not take or use photos of your property, please notify us in writing prior to your scheduled service.
10. Liability
Callen Cleaning Solutions is fully insured. While we take great care in delivering our services, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items or property.

  • Normal wear and tear, or any incidental damages occurring during service.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
