What are the Terms of Service?When you book a service with Callen Cleaning, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

What are the requirements?All customers must know the following: - Running water & access to it is mandatory - Electricity & lightbulbs throughout the home (we can not clean in the dark) - Air Conditioning - We do not exterminate nor clean around bugs/rodents. There cannot be bugs/rodents in the home. If we arrive for a cleaning and encounter any pests or rodents (such as roaches, mice, rats, or droppings), we will leave immediately, and you will be charged for the full service. This policy is clearly outlined at the time of booking. - We do not clean up feces of any kind. If your pet has defecated in the home, our cleaning specialists will not clean it up. -We do not move furniture or wet clean electronics. This is for the safety of our specialists and your possessions.

Do you have a minimum price?Yes. Our minimum price for a cleaning is $200.

What is the cancellation policy?At Callen Cleaning Solutions, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, please review our cancellation policy below: Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply. Same Day Cancellation or No Show: Cancellations made on the same day of the service or if our team arrives and is unable to access the property, will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.

Do you offer referral discounts?Absolutely! As a thank you to you for sharing our business, we will offer you a $25 discount to apply to a future service and your friend will receive a $25 discount on their service. Note: Your friend will need to book with your referral ID in order for this to happen so please don't forget to ask for one!

Do you offer discounts on recurring cleans?Yes, we do! Our initial clean is priced at our standard rate. This ensures we thoroughly familiarize ourselves with your property and bring it up to maintenance standards. If you book a recurring cleaning service with us, you'll enjoy the following discounts: 5% off for monthly cleanings (minimum commitment: 2 months or 2 cleanings) 7% off for cleanings every 3 weeks (minimum commitment: 6 weeks or 2 cleanings) 10% off for cleanings every 2 weeks (minimum commitment: 1 month or 2 cleanings) 15% off for weekly cleanings (minimum commitment: 1 month or 4 cleanings) Please note that if you cancel your recurring cleaning service before fulfilling the minimum commitment period, you will be subject to an early termination fee. This fee includes the removal of any discounts applied, and the full standard rate will be charged for all previous cleanings. If you cancel your recurring service after fulfilling the minimum commitment period, the price for any future cleanings will revert to our standard rate.

When will you charge me?We charge a 20% deposit to hold your appointment and remove the availability from our calendar. Please keep in mind our cancellation policy when booking. After the service is complete, we’ll send you the invoice. You’ll have 24 hours to review the service and voice any concerns before your card on file is charged. During that time, you’ll also have the opportunity to tip your service provider if you'd like.

What areas do you service?We service the Central Florida area including Kissimmee, Poinciana, Orlando areas. During your booking call you can provide your zip code to confirm that we can service your home.

What is included in a standard clean?Our standard cleaning service covers all the essential areas of your home to ensure it stays fresh, clean, and tidy. Here’s what’s included: General Areas (Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Hallways) Dusting of all surfaces (furniture, shelves, picture frames, décor) Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture Sweeping and mopping hard floors Dusting down baseboards, windowsills, and light switches Emptying trash and replacing liners Kitchen Wiping down countertops, stovetops, and exterior surfaces of appliances Cleaning and sanitizing the sink and faucet Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor Emptying trash and recycling bins Bathrooms Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, faucets, countertops, and mirrors Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, and tiles Polishing faucets and fixtures Sweeping and mopping bathroom floors Emptying trash and replacing liners Entryways and Hallways Dusting surfaces (light fixtures, shelves) Vacuuming or sweeping floors Our standard clean is perfect for routine upkeep, ensuring your home looks its best. If you're looking for more detailed work like wet wiping baseboards or windows, high area dusting, scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, these can be added to a deep cleaning service or a-la-carte to any service. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?Yes, we supply all the necessary cleaning products and tools to thoroughly clean your home. If you have special requests, such as using only green/ eco-friendly products, or specific products of your own, we’re happy to accommodate them. Just let us know your preferences!

Can I request specific task or add-on?Absolutely! Simply make the request during booking and we will be sure to add on the service.

How much will my cleaning cost?Our pricing is determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Simply select the number of rooms, and the price will be displayed instantly on our website. We do have a minimum of $200 for any cleaning service.

How can I book?You can begin booking by submitting your details on our instant quote page. After you have submitting your details, you will receive a phone call from our booking specialist to finalize all details and the date.

Are your cleaning specialists background checked?Definitely! As the final step in our pre-screening process, we conduct a thorough nationwide background check on all applicants.

What if something was missed in the cleaning?We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we'll return and re-clean at no additional cost. You have 24 hours from the time our team leaves your home to report any concerns.

What is something is damaged by your specialists?We treat every home with the utmost care and respect. If something accidentally gets damaged during our service, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured, so claims can be filed when necessary.
